Banana Mango & Pear Smoothie Bowl is refreshing, naturally sweet meal you'll absolutely adore.

This recipe is 100% suitable for vegans and vegetarians, it doesn't contain gluten, and is 100% dairy free!

1 medium banana
1/2 cup (90 grams) fresh mango
1 small pear
handful baby radish leaves
1 small fresh fig
1 tablespoon ground flax seeds
3 tablespoons rolled oats
1.35 fl oz (40 ml) non-dairy milk
Topping Optional:
1 large sliced fig
20 g shredded coconut
  • Add all smoothie ingredients to a blender. Blend on high until you reach smooth and creamy consistency.
