Vegan caramel crunch bars are full of crunchy texture and sweet caramel flavor! Made with just 2 ingredients, gluten free and naturally sweet.

  1. In a large bowl, mix the buckwheat groats and date paste until thoroughly combined.
  2. Pour the mixture into a nonstick square pan and freeze for at least 8 hours or overnight.
