1 cup (135 g) of frozen uncooked Cauliflower
1/2 cups (50 g) fresh blueberries
1/2 fresh banana
2 fresh figs
1 tablespoon ground flax seeds
3.5 tablespoons rolled oats
1.7 fl oz (50 ml) nondairy milk
Topping:
6 fresh white mulberries
2 small fresh figs
handful coconut flakes
  • Add all smoothie ingredients to a blender. Blend on high until you reach smooth and creamy consistency.
