Vegan Choco Cupcakes

When we say traditional cupcakes, milk and eggs are two staples. For that reason, vegans find it hard to enjoy one of the world's most delicious desserts. However, we, at Coco Treasure Organics, made some creative tweaks to this classic, using avocado and coconut oil for a moist and rich vegan treat! See our recipe below.

16 cupcakes
¼ teaspoon fine sea salt
¾ cup cocoa powder ( unsweetened )
¾ cup organic coconut milk
¾ cup water
1 tablespoon agar powder
1 (½ cups) Coco Treasure Organics Coconut Nectar Syrup
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
2 tablespoons arrowroot
3 tablespoons Coco Treasure Organics Extra Virgin Coconut Oil
10 oz. vegan chocolate chips
For the Cupcake
¾ teaspoon fine sea salt
¾ teaspoon baking soda
¾ cup organic coconut milk
¾ cup cocoa powder ( unsweetened )
1/3 cup Coco Treasure Organics Extra Virgin Coconut Oil
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup Coco Treasure Organics Coconut Nectar Syrup
1 cup diced ripe avocado
1 (½ cups) white spelt flour
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
