Vegan Eggnog with an Earl Grey Twist
If you're vegan or avoiding dairy, this Earl Grey tea infused vegan eggnog is perfect for keeping the Christmas tradition alive.
1 package Pique Earl Grey tea crystals ( packet )
2 cups cashew or almond milk
1/3 cup cashews soaked overnight
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp molasses
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp freshly ground nutmeg
1 pinch ground cinnamon
1 pinch ground cloves
1 pinch sea salt
Add all of the ingredients to your high speed blender and process until smooth and creamy. Serve immediately, garnished with a cinnamon stick.
