This Vegan Granola Breakfast Cups recipe involves some baking but it's super easy to make even for absolute beginners.

INGREDIENTS FOR CUPS:
70 g rolled oats
70 g quick oats
50 g raw hazelnuts chopped
50 g raw walnuts chopped
25 g dried inka berries
1 teaspoon cinnamon
4 tablespoons coconut oil
5 tablespoons maple syrup
COCONUT FILLING:
10 g any kind of berries
1 tablespoon coconut yogurt per granola cup
BLUEBERRY FILLING:
1 tablespoon blueberry yogurt per granola cup
10 g coconut flakes
