It is barbecue and grilling season! Which means picnics and family gatherings. Veggie burgers are an easy substitute, but what about the sides. Creamy classic macaroni salad is one of my favorite summer dishes to bring to potlucks.

2 cups vegan mayonnaise
6 oz. green olives ( sliced )
1/2 cup diced celery
1 red onion ( diced )
2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
2 teaspoons granulated sugar
