Vegan Matcha Pistachio Truffles
Here's another delicious recipe that's perfect for Valentine's Day. These yummy matcha truffles are raw, vegan, dairy-free, gluten-free and paleo-friendly.
1/4 cup desiccated coconut
4 tbsp cashew butter
1 tbsp. coconut oil
1/2 tsp. matcha powder
3 tbsp. maple syrup
to taste Vanilla extract
40 grams dark chocolate
1 tsp. coconut oil
Grind the pistachios in your food processor or blender.
Optional: Keep a few tablespoons of the ground nuts aside for decoration or for rolling the truffles.
