Vegan Paleo Gingerbread Bites! These simple no bake energy bites are made with dates, molasses, pecans and warm spices. An easy, healthy snack for your day! Vegan + Paleo + Gluten Free + Low Calorie

1 cup raw pecans
1 cup dates
1 1/2 tbsp molasses
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp cloves
2 oz dark chocolate ( 75-85% cacao )
1/2 tbsp coconut oil
  1. Place the dates in a bowl of water and soak 2 hours.
  2. Drain the dates from the water then place in a food processor with the pecans....
