I don't know about you, but I love an individual dessert, and these Vegan Rice Pudding cups are perfect if you want a small treat.
2 servings
120 grams basmati or white rice
200 ml. almond milk
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 vanilla pod
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
pinch salt
1/2 teaspoon lemon or lime zest
