2 teaspoons vegan parmesan cheese
1 cup cooked canned white beans
1 cup cooked brown rice
1/2 cup cup tomato sauce
1/2 cup cooked sweet corn
1 tablespoon olive oil
2/3 red onion chopped
2 teaspoons fresh cilantro chopped
