These delicious Zucchini Carrot Muffins will blow you away with its texture and amazing flavor.

1 cup shredded zucchini
2/3 cup shredded carrot
1 cup peeled shredded apple
1 flax egg
1 cup proso millet flour
1/2 cup coconut flour
2 tablespoons coconut oil
8 tablespoons agave syrup
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
2-3 tablespoons non-dairy milk
