Veggie BLT with Spicy Mayo (Vegan)

This Veggie BLT is meat-free and oh-so-delicious. It’s also a plus that it’s super quick and easy, making it a perfect meal for a busy weeknight.

6 ounces smoked tempeh strips (I use Lightlife Smoky Tempeh Strips from Whole Foods)
1 roma tomato, sliced
1 avocado, cored and sliced
a few pieces of organic lettuce
2 teaspoons Sriracha
4 tablespoons Veganaise
4 slices whole grain bread
