4 -6 inch French Bread Roll
2 Avocados, crushed
1 cucumber, ¼ inch slices
1/4 Red Onion, finely sliced
8 slices of Provolone Cheese
1 Beefsteak Tomato, sliced
1 cup clover sprouts
8 large leaves of Romaine Lettuce or Arugula
Mustard (optional)
Mayonnaise (optional)
