2 C Fresh Spinach Leaves
1/2 Red Bell Pepper
2 Cloves garlic, minced
1/4 Onion
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon fresh cracked pepper
3/4 C Cream Cheese
1/4 C Parmesan Cheese
1/4 C Feta Cheese
Dice up: Stems Onions Garlic Sauté until brown and soft: about 5 minutes
