Perfect way to start your day! Banana, apple, cherries and black currants blended to perfection with orange juice. Yum!

1 apple
1 cup frozen cherries
1/2 cup frozen black currants (or blueberries)
1 cup fresh orange juice
1/2 cup water
2 tbsp chia seeds (optional)
