Vietnamese Salad Rolls with Miyazakigyu Wagyu Beef

These tasty Vietnamese salad rolls are filled with marinated and grilled Miyazakigyu Wagyu beef, vegetables, rice noodles, and fresh mint and basil. Rolled in a rice paper wrapper, this delicious salad roll is served with a spicy ginger-almond dipping sauce! This recipe works well as an appetizer or main course!

1 PACKAGE Double 8 Cattle Company Miyazakigyu Wagyu Sukiyaki Beef Strips
Marinade :
1/4 cup Soy Sauce
1/4 cup Rice Vinegar
1 tbsp. Chili Oil
1 tbsp. Sesame Oil
3 tbsp. Grapeseed Oil
1 tbsp. Ginger ( minced )
1 tbsp. Garlic ( minced )
Spicy Ginger-Almond Dipping Sauce :
1/2 cup Chunky Almond Butter
2 tbsp. Sambal Garlic Chili Sauce
1 tbsp. Soy Sauce
2 Garlic Cloves ( minced )
2 tsp. Sriracha Sauce or Chile Garlic Sauce ( optional ingredient for spice )
1/4 cup Warm Water ( plus more as needed )
1 tbsp. Ginger ( minced )
Salad Rolls:
20 Spring Roll Rice Paper Wrappers
1 Large Carrot ( peeled, cut into 1/8 inch by 4 inch strips )
1 Large Cucumber ( cut into 1/8 inch by 4 inch strips )
1/2 Large Red Pepper ( cut into 1/8 inch by 4 inch strips )
1/2 BUNCH Cilantro ( leaves and stems )
4 oz. Cooked Rice Noodles ( optional ingredient )
1/2 cup Fresh Mint Leaves
1/2 cup Fresh Basil Leaves
1 SMALL HEAD Green Leaf Lettuce ( leaves only, torn in half )

FIRST STEP

Take the Miyazakigyu Wagyu sukiyaki beef strips out of the freezer, and place them in the refrigerator 24 hours before starting this recipe.
