1.5 lbs. leftover or thick-cut ham
1 hard boiled egg
2 green onions
2 stalks celery
1 T fresh chives
3/4 c mayonnaise
2 T Dijon mustard
2 T sweet pickle relish
1/2 t Worcestershire sauce
kosher salt and black pepper ( to taste )
