1/2 cup Flour

4 Garlic Cloves ( minced )
5 cups Milk
1 tbsp. Hot Sauce
8 oz. White Cheddar Cheese ( shredded )
4 oz. Parmesan Cheese ( shredded )

Freshly Ground Black Pepper ( to season )
