1/2 cup Heavy Cream
1 SPRIG Thyme ( leaves minced )

5 1/2 cup All Purpose Flour
1 1/2 cup Warm Milk ( 80 degrees F )
3/4 cup Butter ( softened )
2 Eggs
1 1/2 tbsp Instant Yeast
1/3 cup Sugar
1 tbsp Kosher Salt
Egg Wash:
1 Egg
1 tbsp Water
