1 Package Double 8 Cattle Company Fullblood Wagyu Beef for Kabobs
1 Red Bell Pepper ( cut into 1 inch x 1 inch pieces )
1 Yellow Bell Pepper ( cut into 1 inch x 1 inch pieces )
1 Poblano Pepper ( cut into 1 inch x 1 inch pieces )
12 Cremini Mushrooms
1 Red Onion ( cut into 1 inch x 1 inch pieces )
1 Small Zucchini ( cut into 1 inch x 1 inch pieces )
Marinade:
1/3 cup Red Wine Vinegar
2 tbsp. Fresh Rosemary ( minced )
1/2 cup Coconut Aminos
2 tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tbsp. Oregano
2 tsp. Garlic ( diced )
1 tsp. Kosher Salt
1 tsp. Freshly Ground Black Pepper
