10-14 cups Water ( enough to fill a large bowl )
2 tbsp. Sea Salt ( plus more to season )
1 Baguette ( sliced, toasted )
Pink and Green Peppercorns ( ground, to season )
Fresh Italian Parsley ( finely minced, to season )
Capers ( to taste )
1 Fresh Lemon ( half juiced and the other half sliced )
Pickled Onions:
1/2 Small Red Onion ( thinly sliced )
1/4 cup Red Wine Vinegar
2 tbsp. Granulated Sugar
