2 cups All-Purpose Flour

2 tbsp. Sugar
1 1/4 cups Buttermilk
2 Eggs
1 1/2 tsp. Kosher Salt
1 Large Jalapeno ( small diced )
1 BUNCH Green Onion ( small diced )
3 qts. Vegetable Oil ( for frying )
1 tbsp. Grapeseed Oil
Cajun Dipping Sauce :
2 cups Sour Cream
1 tbsp. Cajun Seasoning
1 1/2 cup Cornmeal ( medium grind )
