This Wagyu Hot Italian Sausage Flatbread recipe is the perfect appetizer or dinner option! Make your own dough and top with Mozzarella, sun-dried tomatoes, Fullblood Wagyu hot Italian sausage, caramelized onions, and olive oil!

1 Package of Double 8 Cattle Company Fullblood Wagyu Hot Italian Sausage ( removed from casings )
1 lb. Smoked Mozzarella ( shredded )
1 Large, Sweet Yellow Onion ( julienned )
4 oz. Sun-Dried Tomatoes ( in oil, drained, and sliced thin )
1/2 cup Olive Oil ( to brush on flatbread dough )
3 tbsp. Grapeseed Oil
Kosher Salt ( to season )
Freshly Ground Black Pepper ( to season )
Topping:
2 cups All Purpose Flour
1 tsp. Kosher Salt
1 tsp. Sugar
1/2 tsp. Instant Yeast
3/4 cup Warm Water ( 80 degrees )
1 oz. Butter ( softened )
