Pizza Dough:
4 cups Bread Flour ( plus additional for rolling )
2 tsp. Sugar
2 1/2 tsp. Instant Dry Yeast
2 tsp. Kosher Salt
1 3/4 cups Water ( 90 degrees )
3 tbsp. Olive Oil
Spicy Herb Dip:
3/4 cup Sour Cream
3/4 cup Mayonnaise
1 Lemon ( juiced )
3 tbsp. Chives ( minced )
