Lomo Saltado is a Peruvian dish, also known as a stir-fry. Keeping it traditional, the Fullblood Wagyu Picanha roast is marinated before being cooked in a skillet with potatoes, tomatoes, onion, garlic, and various seasonings! Serve with a side of rice and a homemade aji sauce!

1 lb. Double 8 Cattle Company Fullblood Wagyu Picanha Roast
2 Idaho Potatoes ( julienned )
12 Baby Tomatoes
12 Red Pearl Onions
6 Garlic Cloves ( minced )
2 tsp. Cumin
2 tbsp. Soy Sauce
1/2 cup Beef Stock
1 tsp. Sugar
1/2 tsp. Thyme
1 tsp. Chili Powder
