4 tbsp. Butter ( plus additional butter for greasing pan )
2 Medium Leeks ( cut into 1/4 inch coins )
4 Large Garlic Cloves ( minced )
1/2 cup All Purpose Flour
1 cup Chicken Stock or Vegetable Stock
1 1/2 cup Whole Milk
1 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
1 1/2 tsp. Kosher Salt
