1 cup breadcrumbs fresh or store bought
2 Tbs salted butter melted
1 cup grated cheddar cheese divided
1 cup milk
1 (14 oz) can of Cream of Chicken soup
14 oz chunk light tuna in water ( 2 cans )
1/2 cup red bell pepper ( diced )
1/2 cup green bell pepper ( diced )
