Whipped-Ganache Strawberries

I thought of these delectable strawberries when I was brainstorming on a twist I could make with cheese-cake stuffed strawberries and chocolate dipped strawberries. I instantly thought of my whipped chocolate ganache cupcakes. The whipped ganache would be the perfect filing and then I’d have left over ganache to dip them in.

20 large strawberries
1 lb semi sweet chocolate in pieces
1 cup of heavy cream
1 T corn syrup
piping bag or plastic bag with corner cut off
wax paper
baking sheet
