White Bean Chicken Chili

This creamy White Bean Chicken Chili comes together on the stovetop in about 1 hour, but tastes like it's been simmering all day. Pile on your favorite toppings and serve it with a side of cornbread or tortilla chips for a simple and satisfying weeknight dinner!

1 T olive oil
1/2 c finely diced onion
1/2 t minced fresh garlic
4 oz can diced green chiles
4 c chicken broth
3 cans cannellini beans ( 15 ounces each )
15.25 oz can corn
1 t ground cumin
1/4 t paprika
1/4 t oregano
1/4 t thyme
1/4 t cayenne pepper
3 c cooked shredded chicken
4 oz cream cheese
salt and pepper ( to taste )
