White Chocolate Drizzle Peanut Butter & Jam Cookies

There is nothing better than a peanut butter flavoured cookie with a big dollop of jam on top. Unless you drizzle white chocolate all over that cookie!! These cookies are so easy to make and if you're gluten-free don't worry, I've got your back!!

50 g of butter softened
50 g of smooth peanut butter
50 g of caster sugar
1 egg
150 g of self raising flour
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
