White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookie Bites

Cookies are a funny thing because everyone has different preferences for what a good one is. For example, I like mine soft and chewy with some dimension and including nuts as often as possible. Others like them a little on the crunchy side. Some prefer a cake-like or flatter cookie. Still others may enjoy a simple cookie with fewer add-ins. More often than not, I eat cookies with a key ingredient that you can probably guess without my saying. Ahem.....chocolate. :) There are so many tasty

1/2 c. salted butter, softened
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. granulated sugar
1 egg
1 1/2 t. vanilla extract
1 1/2 T. water
2 c. all-purpose flour
2 t. cornstarch
1 t. baking soda
