2 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 cup coconut oil ( melted )
1/2 tbsp vanilla extract
2 cups gluten free oat flour ( make your own with 2 cups of oats in the blender )
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp allspice
