When it is too hot too cook

1 sourdough loaf round.
1 cup sundried tomato olive pesto
1/4 lb deli ham sliced
1/4 lb smoked turkey breast sliced
1/4 lb gouda sliced
1/4 lb proscuitto sliced
1 jar roasted red peppers
Cut the very top off the bread. Scoop out some of the inside of the bread loaf to make room for the filling. Spread 1/2 of the pesto on the bottom of bread.Now layer the meat and cheese,then top with remaining pesto.Put the bread lid on and wrap tightly in plastic wrap.Refridgerate for at least a half an hour for flavors to meld.Cut into wedges and serve.
