Whole Wheat Tortillas
Soft and warm, straight off the grill. Once you make these homemade whole wheat tortillas, you may never go back to buying them at the store again. This can also be a fun way for you to let your kids help you - the tortilla press could be a fun incentive for them to be involved in the kitchen (without making too big of a mess!)

2 and 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
A little less than 1/2 cup canola oil
1 tsp salt
1 cup warm water

In a large bowl, mix the flour, oil, and salt together until the ingredients are mixed and the mixture is crumbly.
