A savory and hearty vegetarian stuffing recipe that's full of wild rice and flavored with fennel. This aromatic side dish is perfect for Thanksgiving!

1 Loaf of bread ( I used Ciabatta )
1 cup Wild Rice
6 cloves Garlic
1 Onion
1 Fennel Bulb
4 Tbsp. Butter ( Split )
5 eggs
2 1/2 cups Vegetable Stock
1/2 tsp. Salt ( adjust to taste )
1/2 tsp. Pepper ( adjust to taste )
