I always have so much fun making the Dutch windmill cookies with my daughter. The cookies are thin and crunchy treats stamped with Holliday cookie stamps. Similar to shortbread the cookies have crispy, melt in your mouth texture and irresistible buttery taste with wonderful spice undertones.
