Winter Salad with Red Cabbage

cabbage - 1/2 - 2/3 small head
Tomato - 1 large or 2 medium
peppers - 1 roasted red pepper

walnuts - '60
lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
vinegar - 2-3 tablespoons
olive oil - 50 ml or oil
parsley - blades, for serving

Chop cabbage and mash lightly with a little salt.
Peel and chop the point and chop them fine. Add to cabbage.
Take the seed of tomatoes outside cut again into small pieces. Baffle cabbage, tomatoes and peppers.
Season the salad with salt, lemon juice, vinegar, olive oil to taste and confusion finally crushed walnuts.
Serve winter salad with red cabbage beautifully shaped into bowls and garnish with a sprig of parsley.
This salad goes very well with brandy.
