Yakitori Fullblood Wagyu Beef Heart Skewers

These Fullblood yakitori Wagyu beef heart skewers are marinated in soy sauce, sugar, ginger, garlic, mirin, sriracha, and a variety of other seasonings. After being marinated for two hours, these flavorful skewers are grilled to a medium-rare finish. Serve with a side of basmati rice for a delicious dinner!

1 Double 8 Cattle Company Fullblood Wagyu Beef Heart
24 Bamboo Skewers
1 1/2 cup Soy Sauce
1 1/2 cup Sugar
3 tbsp. Ginger Root ( minced )
6 Garlic Cloves
1 tbsp. Hot Chili Garlic Paste
1 tsp. Sesame Oil
2 tbsp. Mirin or Rice Wine Vinegar
1/4 cup Sesame Seeds
6 Green Onions
1 tbsp. Sriracha
