Yam and nameko mushrooms with Japanese horseradish
You can take in dietary fibers.Recommended for prevention of a lifestyle-related disease;)
200 g nameko mushroom
2 tbsp dashi soy sauce
1 tbsp mirin
5 g fresh Japanese horseradish
①Boil nameko mushroom. Drain water that is left in the nameko mushroom with a colander.
②Cut the yam into 1cm cubes.
③Mix the dashi soy sauce, mirin, fresh Japanese horseradish.
