Zucchini Banana Muffins

These are healthy, tasty, moist and a breeze to make! The kids love them and so do I. Add chocolate chips or blueberries and you have a winning muffin.

1 1/4 cups multigrain flour
1/4 cup ground flaxseed
1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 medium bananas, mashed
1 tablespoon coconut oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 egg
1/4 cup honey
1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 cup shredded zucchini
1/2 cup chocolate chips
