Zucchini fries

My kind of vegetable side dish.

3 medium size zucchini , 6 tbs butter , melted, 1/4 cup whole wheat bread crumbs,3/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs,
1/2 cup grated Parmesan, 1 tsp garlic powder.
Preheat oven to 420, Cut zucchini in half, lengthwise and remove seeds. Slice into 1/2 x 1/2 x 4 inch pieces. Combine all dry ingredients including cheese. Melt butter in microwave. Dip each piece of zucchini into butter then into bread crumb mix pressing the crumbs onto the zucchini. Lay on a lined cookie sheet in a single layer , then let stand in fridge for 10 minutes to set the crumbs to the zucchini. Bake in oven for about 15 min turning once half way through.
