Bread Crumb Topping:
3/4 c fresh bread crumbs
1 T salted butter
Filling:
2 slices thick cut bacon
4 T salted butter
1 medium onion
1 lb. zucchini ( sliced )
2 c corn kernels
1 t kosher salt
black pepper
1/4 t ground nutmeg
1/4 t garlic powder
2 T all-purpose flour
1 c whole milk
1/2 c grated Gruyere cheese
3/4 c fresh bread crumbs
1 T salted butter
Filling:
2 slices thick cut bacon
4 T salted butter
1 medium onion
1 lb. zucchini ( sliced )
2 c corn kernels
1 t kosher salt
black pepper
1/4 t ground nutmeg

2 T all-purpose flour
1 c whole milk
1/2 c grated Gruyere cheese
- Bake for 5 more minutes, or until the dish is bubbly.
