Try Cranberry Vinaigrette instead of traditional cranberry sauce this Thanksgiving

1 Cup Cranberry juice
1/2 Cup Balsamic Vinegar
3/4 Cup Virgin Olive Oil
1 1/2 Tsp White Sugar
3/4 Tsp Salt
2 Cloves Garlic, thinly sliced
A Sprig of thyme & parsley
1) Using a blender or mini processor, combine all ingredients except olive oil. Mix well 2) Add half of the oil, mix again. Add remaining oil mix well. 3) Place in fridge until you are ready to serve. Serve over fresh garden greens for a festive salad.
