Custard Thumbprint Cookies

These are soft and chewy custard cookies with a homemade custard in the center. If you like custard or vanilla, these are for you.

2/3 Cup Brown Sugar
1/3 Cup Sugar
110g Butter
2 Tsp Vanilla Essence
1 Egg
1/2 Cup Custard Powder
1/2 Tsp Baking Soda
1 and 2/3 Cups Flour
Custard;
1/2 Cup Custard Powder
1/2 Cup Sugar
1 and 1/2 Cups Milk
1 Tsp Vanilla Essence
