This is what I call “everything but the kitchen sink granola.” I usually just toss in what ever I have on hand. My kids really love to have it over some Greek yogurt with some fresh fruit. I think it’s the perfect breakfast! You can also just eat it as a plain ol’ bowl of cereal – either way it’s delish!

Ingredients4 cups old fashioned oats
1 cup walnuts ( I had pumpkin seeds this time around )
3 tablespoon coconut oil
1 cup creamy peanut butter ( creamy or crunchy )
4 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
