1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup buttermilk
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 teaspoons lemon zest
2 cups + 1 tablespoon flour
1 tablespoon baking poweder

2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
