Pancakes with Banana Blueberry Maple Sauce

The topping of this pancake is so good and easy to make.

Ingredients:

• 1 1/2 cup all purpose flour


• 3 1/2 teaspoon Baking powder


• 1 egg


• 1 3/4 cup of milk


• 1 teaspoon Salt


• 3 tablespoon of butter, melted


• 1 tablespoon sugar


For topping:

-1/4 cup butter
-1/4 cup brown sugar
-1/2 cup maple syrup
-2 dashes ground cinnamon
-3 bananas sliced
-1 cup blueberries
Directions: ? • In a large bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. - Make a well in the center and pour in the milk, egg and melted butter; mix until smooth - Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat. - Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake. - Brown both sides -Make the topping, Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat; stir in the brown sugar, syrup, and cinnamon into the melted butter until the sugar dissolves, 2-3 minutes. Add the banana slices and stir to coat; Simmer until hot, 1-2 minutes -Pour topping over pancakes. Enjoy! :)
