Peppermint Crunch Ice Cream Pie

Sometimes the easiest recipes get the best reviews! I had to bring my own pie to Thanksgiving dinner because I don't love pumpkin pie (I know, I know . . . something is seriously wrong with me). However, I do love all things peppermint flavored and I am a sucker for ice cream . . . the rest is history. My family devoured this pie even faster than the pumpkin pie! I used a pre-made crumb pie crust, but you could definitely make your own crust if you are super ambitious. :)

3 pints (1 1/2 quarts) peppermint ice cream
1 Oreo cookie pie crust (or other chocolate-flavored pie crust)
1 (12 oz) jar fudge ice cream topping
Crushed Candy canes
Whipped topping

In a large bowl, stir ice cream until softened. Spoon ice cream into pie shell and spread evenly. Return to freezer for about 3-4 hours (or until completely frozen). To serve, let pie stand at room...
