My homemade cinnamon rolls are, hands down, the best. Period. Layers of soft chewy dough, with brown sugar cinnamon between each one, all topped with a thick yet oozing cream cheese frosting, all swirled into one delicious treat. It's the best cinnamon rolls recipe you'll find…try it, you'll see!
Cinnamon Roll Dough:
1 c warm milk
2-1/2 tsp Instant yeast
1/2 c granulated sugar
2 large eggs ( at room temperature )
1/4 c butter ( melted )
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp salt
4 c flour
Filling:
3/4 c brown sugar ( packed )
2 Tbsp cinnamon
1/2 c butter ( softened )
Icing:
6 oz cream cheese ( softened )
1-1/2 c powdered sugar
1/3 c butter ( melted )
1 tsp vanilla extract

With all the flavors of a southern banana pudding, these Yogurt Banana Pudding Pops are easy to make and taste just like summer!
3.4 ounce package banana pudding mix
2 cups milk
1 1/2 cups nonfat plain yogurt
1/2 cup sugar

This super easy Crockpot Shredded Chicken is great for all purpose shredded chicken! Simply season your boneless, skinless chicken breasts, throw them in the slow cooker all day and then shred. A couple of years ago I planted some raspberry bushes in our back yard and they are finally starting to produce large amounts of raspberries, but my kids eat them so fast that we rarely have any on hand! Thankfully raspberries are in season and you can get them in mass quantities, which makes this the perfect snack for this time of year. Have you tried frozen lemonade pie? Well this is a spin on that dessert that I came up with the other day. I wasn't sure if the flavors and textures were going to mesh well, but it worked out fantastically. Instead of the traditional graham cracker crust, I swapped in a Rice Krispie bottom layer, made the traditional creamy lemonade filling, then topped it off with some more sweetened Krispies.
